23rd Asian Pacific Parliamentarian Forum
A total of eleven Malaysian YB (7 Senators and 4 MP) delegates is currently attending the 23rd Asian-Pacific Parliamentarian Forum in Quito, Ecuador.
The forum is attended by 27 Countries, including from Australia, Canada, China, Russia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippines, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, New Zealand and USA, all of whom are members of this annual forum.
YB Senator Dr Sim Kui Hian is the lead author of one of the papers presented (“Cooperation in responding to Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) outbreak in West Africa in 2014”), which is one of the five resolutions from Malaysia accepted by the APPF.
