Sarawak government has the people’s welfare in mind, says Lo Khere Chiang
Batu Kitang State Assemblyman, Dato IR Lo Khere Chiang said UniFor has officially handed over a RM1 million grant to St. Ann Church, Kota Padawan.
The grant will be used for the extension of the church, including the construction of a 2-storey administration office and a 2-storey block of classrooms and activity rooms.
Lo who distributed the cheque to the church said the State government is fair and takes care of all races in Sarawak. He said this is why Sarawak’s different races have always lived in harmony and peace as everyone treats each other regardless of race and religion as one big family.
