Dr. Sim Kui Hian urges those 60 and above to go for booster jabs
Members of the public will be able to pick the date, time and venue of their Covid-19 vaccine booster dose appointments through MySejahtera starting Monday (March 21), said Deputy Premier, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian.
Dr. Sim said to book booster dose, go to MySejahtera application home screen and click on “Covid-19 Vaccination”, then select “Click here to book your appointment”.
He said this is made convenient for those who have busy schedules.
On vaccinated individuals who have recovered from Covid-19, he added that they are urged to take their vaccine booster shots immediately.
So far, in Malaysia, there are approximately 7.5 million unboosted adults (in Malaysia) and this includes 835,000 individuals aged 60 above.
Dr. Sim urged families of those who have not been given booster jabs to do so as the see the most vulnerable group from Covid-19.
