Jaul Samion handing SDMC tasks back to Uggah
Sarawak State Secretary, Jaul Samion officially handed the the chairmanship of Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) back to Deputy Chief Minister (2) , Douglas Uggah Embas.
Advisor to SDMC, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian thanked Jaul and the SDMC team for doing an excellent job since taking over on November 3 due to the state election.
Although handing SDMC tasks is thankless but critical for Sarawakians’ lives and livelihood especially with the ongoing COVID19 and floods.
Dr. Sim said they are now preparing to counter the Omicron surge and flood season.
