Clean toilet a must, says Lo Khere Chiang
Clean tiolet is the benchmark of how clean a premise is, said Lo Khere Chiang, Padawan Municipal Council Chairman.
“A clean toilet tells how the premise owner can take care of his shop from the food he and his staff handle to his toilet. As we are in the midst of the pandemic, it is more so important to be hygiene,” he said in a appreciation ceremony given in conjunction with the Clean Food Premises 2021 Campaign organized by the Ministry of Local Government, Malaysia and Housing.
The eight, selected from 187 Grade A eateries are “Two Seven Nine Six Kopitiam, Serapi Corner, Hobby Food Court, 38 Food Street, Siong Txing Food Court, Tai Hua Tea House, Xinling Yizhan Café and Lok Yuan Cafe.
Lo said he will go online to encourage the people to go the eight food premises for they are their hygiene and cleanliness for the last two consecutive years.
He added he appreciated the premise owners that they have thought of the hygiene of the customers and maintain the cleaningliness at all time and urged Padawan residents to do likewise in their homes.
He said when visiting homes in his constituency, he at times went to their toilets and from there he can know how hygiene the house owners are.
