Sebastian Ting helping out the needy
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting has been doing his rounds in kampungs in his area to distribute food baskets.
Ting said in this difficult time of pandemic, many people lost their jobs and having food on the table is getting harder for many.
The areas he went were Kampung Pasir Lutong where 282 food baskets were distributed, Kampung Pulau Melayu, 204 food baskets, Kampung Wireless 179 and Kampung Luak 290.
Also helping out to distribute were his branch members and community leaders.
Ting urged all those who have not registered for vaccines to do so. He said it is recommended to have a vaccine to prevent severe illness if one was unfortunate to be infected.
