A visual celebration of the SUPP 62nd anniversary

Sarawak will pursue the “Sarawak Dreams” under the leadership of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) and Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg to ensure that it will become prosperous and strong. This dream will be achieved without outside interference.

President of Sarawak United Peoples’ party (SUPP) Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian said this in a visual celebration with party leaders all over Sarawak of the party’s 62nd anniversary yesterday.

He said at the moment, Sarawak is facing the pandemic like every states and the focus is more to save lives and flatten the curve of the cases. Despite this, Sarawak is confident that we can still turn it into a developed and advanced State by 2030 where all Sarawakians will share the weath of the state.

Dr Sim also urged SUPP members to remain focused and prioritise the people’s lives and put efforts into curbing Covid-19 in Sarawak as he said Sarawak Disaster Managment commitee (SDMC) strives to meet the target of herd immunity by August this year.

With MCO 2021 (Movement Control Order) enforced to reduce further transmission, he said Sarawak government has implemented financial assistance to relieve the burden of the B40 lower income group including food aid.
