Flowers for mothers
SUPP Kuching Branch in conjunction with Mother’s Day, gave out fresh carnations at Petanak Market, Tower Market and Song Kheng Hai Hawker Centre yesterday in conjunction of Mother’s day celebration. A total of 250 carnations were distributed.
SUPP Kuching Branch Deputy Chairman Bong Lian Huan, Branch Treasurer Jong Yean Pin, Branch Youth Assistant Publicity Secretary Eric Tay and other community leaders and branch area committee took the opportunity to share information about Covid-19 SOPs as well as inquiries on the Government’s vaccination registration and rollout process.
During the distribution of carnations, stall operators and customers were also reminded to observe the latest SOPs that were announced yesterday by SDMC.
Bong also urged the Government to increase the number of vaccination centre throughout Sarawak in order to help expedite the vaccination process and achieve herd immunity.
