Mayor Adam Yii visits the park
Miri Mayor, Adam Yii paid a site visit to City Fan with councillors from Tourism Development Standing committee, council’s landscape staff and City Fan maintenance contractor.
He made a briefing to council’s staff and contractor on upgrading the maintenance of City Fan since it’s one of the four main parks in Miri.
Adam also spoke on the weaknesses of the present maintenance work and stated that both the Council’s staff and contactor need to report whenever there are any problems or requiring attention or maintenance.
He urged both council’s staff and contactor are encouraged to propose any improvement or upgrading plans for council to consider and be more pro active, committed and passionate to improve our City Fan for Miri people and visitors.
