Dr. Sim hands over RTP for mosque’s maintenance
Sarawak Minister for Local government and Housing, Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian handed over MR159,000 to representatives of Masjid Darul Muttaqin at Kampung Rantau Panjang yesterday.
The money was for the repair and maintenance of the mosque under the Rural Transformation programme (RTP) 2018.
Dr. Sim said Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Abang Zohari Openg started the RTP programme for two years rolling plan to allow faster implementation of the RTP projects. This, he said, was to ensure the people will benefit from it.
He also took the opportunity to give his ADUN financial grant to the local community leaders for the year end activities.
