Refund of Land Premium
Political Secretary to Chief Minister of Sarawak, Tan Kai handed over 120 set of Refund of Land Premium application to Land and Survey for processing to refund premium paid last year.
The applications were obtained from residents of Batu Kawa Desa Wira and BDC Stampin Resettlement scheme following the setting up of the relevant counters in the respective areas.
Tan Kai said SUPP Batu Kawa is not only helping the people to fill the application forms, but also helping the residents to ensure the relevant document required is completed before submitting them to the Land and Survey for consideration.
He added that party president, Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian, who is also the Local Government and Housing Minister, requested Land and Survey for more time to allow their service team to set up counters at the respective areas as many people have not handed in their applications.
The request, said Tan Kai had been approved by the Land and Survey.
