Dr Sim China visit: Urban Renewal Authority (URA) Hong Kong
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian led a delegation on a courtesy visit to Urban Renewal Authority (URA) Hong Kong, China.
During the visit at the URA, Dr Sim was briefed on the strategies and approaches taken to promote and facilitate the regeneration of the older urban areas of Hong Kong.
Bringing positive and friendly transformation to the land of hornbill is always close to Dr Sim’s heart that he has been hopeful to breathe new life into older areas, and uplift people’s living quality.
The delegation includes Ministry of Local Government and Housing public health chief Dr Cheong Yaw Liang, Padawan Municipal Council chairman Lo Khere Chiang and Meradong and Julau District Council deputy chairman Danny Banjang.
