Organising Secretary is Katharine Voon and her assistant is Tan Li Foong
The Publicity Secretary is Chai Sheau Lin, assisted by Sim Ya Szi and Chieng Mee Kiong
Welfare Secretary is Chin Siew Nyuk and Assistant Welfare Secretary Lee Peck Cheng
