Old Town Siniawan Carnival 2017
The Siniawan Bazaar has now become a key place of interest for both local and foreign tourists – thanks to the power of social media.
Batu Kitang assemblyman Lo Khere Chiang called visitors to visit the Siniawan bazaar for its variety of attraction. He said it is not only popular among tourists but also the local.
The place offers the weekend night market and aside from the various culinary variety for food lovers, it also has its cultural and historical significance.
Lo, who is also Padawan Municipal Council chairman was at the closing of the Old Town Siniawan Carnival 2017 near here on Sunday.
He represented Minister of Housing and Local Government Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian at the event, where Serembu assemblyman Miro Simuh was also present. The stalls for the Siniawan night market occupy the space between two old shophouse rows there.
