Assistance for urgent processing of SOCSO claims
The SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) was recently approached by a woman residing at BDC Resettlement Scheme, Kuching seeking for assistance to find out the status of her application for financial assistance in the form of invalidity pension from SOCSO (Social Security Organisation). The woman concerned is suffering from blindness caused by her sickness and is unable to continue working.
SUPP PCB have now highlighted and brought the matter up to the attention of SOCSO to urgently/promptly process and approve the application.
