SPCB: pot holes and uneven road condition in Kampung Semaba
The SUPP Public Complaints Bureau was recently approached by residents of Kampung Semaba who complained of pot holes and uneven road condition within the vicinity of their village roads.
Following the complaint received, Wilfred Yap together with an officer from MPP immediately went to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what can be done to resolve the problem. The problem has now been solved by MPP road maintenance division who have since filled up and resurfaced the various sections of the road affected in and around Kampung Semaba.
Despite the huge area of coverage by the MPP road maintenance team, SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief and MPP Councillor, Wilfred Yap also requested the officer to ensure that in future, MPP council staff shall increase the frequency of inspection of all council roads in the MPP area and ensure that these council roads are in good condition and maintained properly for the benefit of the public.
