Francis Harden: SUPP is still strong and firm despite many challenges.
Vice president, Datuk Francis Harden Hollis said SUPP is still strong and stand firm after 57 years despite many challenges.
He said this at the SUPP 57th anniversary dinner at the Civic Centre, Sibu, and this is due to the support of the people.
The SUPP central region celebration was attended by 16 branches. Harden said due to the high spirit and support from the people, they managed to win back a few seats and he thanked the people for their belief and trust in the party.
Hoping that the people will continue to give them the same support, he said all SUPP leaders must be ready to cooperate and work harder in the next parliament election.
Among those present were SUPP president who is also Minister of Local Government Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian, SUPP Secretary General Dato’ Sebastian Ting, organizing chairman who is also SUPP Bukit Assek branch chairman Chieng Buon Toon, SUPP Bawang Assan chairman Robert Lau, SUPP Dudong branch chairman Datuk Dr Soon Choon Teck and others.
