总理宣布特别援助措施

面对中东持续不断的冲突引发了全球能源和经济危机,也对砂拉越人民的生活成本产生了连锁反应,故此,砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里今日宣布特别援助措施,减轻砂拉越民众的生活成本压力。 在今日召开的新闻发布会上,阿邦佐哈里所宣布的特别援助举措,包括了调高2026年砂基本需求援助(SKAS)金额,同时也为民宅电费提供25%的折扣等。 总理指出,这波冲突危机导致全球压力也随之而来,航空燃油附加费、运输成本、化肥价格和农业投入品价格等不断上涨,导致食品和日常杂货价格上涨。 在此情况下,他表示砂拉越政党联盟政府决定通过以下措施援助可能受到影响的砂拉越人民,包括在砂基本需求援助金的家庭一家之主金额由原本的950令吉增加多150令吉至1千100令吉、无伴侣与无子女乐龄人士由500令吉增多多100令吉至600令吉,以及单身人士则由300令吉增加多75令吉至375令吉。 在上述援金的调整下,阿邦佐哈里表示约90万符合资格者将受惠,受惠对象将根据2026年援助金数据,并分阶段发放,除了早前3月,接下来则是5月及11月。 他说,此次加码涉及额外的1亿3千620万令吉拨款,这也使到2026年砂基本需求援助金额总拨款为6亿8千万令吉,较原有的5亿4千380万令吉有所提高。 与此同时,阿邦佐哈里表示砂拉越政府意识到中东冲突也影响到砂拉越各阶层民众,他们需要得到适当的保护和支持。 因此,作为始终关注民生疾苦的政府,砂拉越政府将从今年年4月至12月期间,为家庭用户提供25%的特别电费折扣。 此折扣力度与之前通过“我亲爱的砂拉越援助配套”一致,预计将有71万4千557户家庭用户受惠,砂政府也将全额承担1亿8千810万令吉的支出。 此外,为降低砂拉越商贩的经营成本,政府也将为地方政府拥有的市场和摊位租金提供50%的折扣。同时,对于租赁砂拉越经济发展机构、民都鲁发展局和土地发展与保护局等官联公司产业的营业场所所有微型、小型和中型商贩,也将提供50%的租金折扣,相关费用将由相关法定机构承担,涉及金额约810万令吉。 综合上述措施,阿邦佐哈里表示砂拉越政府在2026年提供的财政援助总额为8亿7千620万令吉。 他说,这些积极主动的措施证明了砂拉越政府在应对不确定的地缘政治挑战时,始终与人民站在一起,确保人民的福祉得到保障。 另一方面,他表示欣慰看到砂拉越政府积极采取措施,通过基础设施建设改善人民福祉,并已取得显著成效,尤其是在中东冲突动荡导致世界油价下跌、生活成本上升的背景下,过去高影响力项目的实施,特别是砂拉越农村替代电气化计划(SARES),已确保农村地区的每户家庭都能通过太阳能技术享受24小时电力供应。 “居民无需再为高昂且不稳定的柴油价格而担忧。同样,在砂拉越各地修建多座新的免费桥梁来取代渡轮服务的战略举措,不仅关乎物流,也是政府为减少对柴油的依赖而采取的积极措施。目前已建成6座桥梁,另有4座桥梁正在建设中。” 他强调,砂拉越政党联盟政府将继续密切关注中东冲突的发展及其对砂拉越经济和商业领域的影响,这是为了确保我们始终做好准备,采取积极主动的措施来应对冲突带来的问题和影响,并与联邦政府就此开展合作。 面对日益严峻且充满不确定性的地缘政治形势,阿邦 佐哈里也呼吁所有砂拉越人民,无论种族和宗教信仰,继续加强团结,与政府携手应对这一挑战。

The construction of a covered multi purpose hall at a religious school here has been successfully completed and was officially launched today.
