针对古晋七哩圣淘沙镇泛婆高架桥下，交通灯附近一带路灯失灵一事，砂总理暑政冶秘书陈开日前邀请砂电力局工程師、泛婆大道承包商，七哩社区领袖本固鲁赖文祺，甲必丹李道洪一起前往该地段，商讨解决方案。 根据砂电力局的解释，路灯的地下电缆被泛婆大道承包商在施工期间不小心损伤，基于责任归属，问题的解决一直被拖延，造成当地民众的困扰，經本固鲁赖文祺的连續反映，陈开今天邀请相关各造，实地查看，找寻解决方案。 经过一轮的讨论，砂电力局已派遣多名技术人员与泛婆大道承包商，即刻修复或銜接至其他电源，並尽最大的努力及答应在最短的时间內，恢复路灯的正常运作。
