Resolution passed during SUPP 2016 Annual Delegates Conference
Supp resolved the following Resolution during it’s 2016 Annual Delegates Conference. 1. To fully support Sarawak Chief Minister’s initiatives to reclaim Sarawak’s autonomous powers. 2. To uphold the Federal Constitution as the supreme law of the nation and firmly against Private Member Bill to amend the Syariah Courts(Criminal Jurisdiction) Act(Act 355) by Parti Islam Se-Malaysia(PAS) and Parti Amanah Negara(AMANAH), Which will ultimately lead to the implementation of Hudud Law in the country. 3. 人联党代党8项提案
砂拉越人民联合党于今日召开中委会会议。 在会议上，也讨论并通过常年党员代表大会提出的8项提案，其中包括要求砂政府设立航空公司，以为本地提供更好的航空服务。 砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤今日主持中委会会议后在新闻发布会上表示，许多党员代表提出对于现有航空服务的不满，包括来自外省如诗巫和民都鲁的代表，均表示航空服务有待改善。 “因此，人联党认为砂政府有必要设立航空公司，改善航空服务。” 另外，沈桂贤强调，今日议决通过对提案，将会由不同的党领袖负责每个提案，这是确保党代产生的提案可以得到跟进与落实。 以下为人联党中委会所通过的8项党代提案： 1. 全力支持首席部长推动争取砂拉越自主权的倡议。 2. 坚持捍卫联邦宪法为国家至高无上的地位，反对一切由回教党或诚信党所提呈的私人法案（修改伊斯兰刑事管辖权355法案），因为这将最终造成回教刑事法在马来西亚的落实。 3. 人联党呼吁联邦政府提供不分种族的公平公职机会，并从优处理砂拉越公民争取联邦公职。 4. 人联党呼吁联邦及州政府提供更多廉价房屋计划给予中等及低收入群体。 5. 人联党支持儿童性侵刑事法典的修改，以为儿童提供更好的保护。 6. 人联党要求砂拉越政府成立以砂拉越人为主的金融机构，以刺激及辅助砂拉越经济与市场，让其更具有效率。 7. 为了提供更好的本地与内陆的航空航线，人联党要求砂拉越政府成立以砂拉越人主导的航空公司。 8. 为了抑制通货膨胀的压力，人联党要求联邦与砂拉越政府拟定对策，并提供更多就业机会。
