国际街舞大赛Floor Mania 2016即将于3月12日在古晋隆重引爆！这项为期三天的活动是由砂拉越人民联合党,古晋民事中心宗教理事局以及砂州青年发展局联合主办，并由本地著名舞团Feasible联手策划。 街舞国际赛将于 Plaza Merdeka 购物广场大厅举行。本次活动也获得了各大赞助单位的支持，除了获得Plaza Merdeka广场的赞助，其他赞助和支持单位也包括Limited Edition , Micklong Bridal Studio , Yummy Yang以及Hattrickz等。 活动宗旨 举办国际街舞活动的宗旨是为了推广本地良好的习舞文化，让本地舞蹈员除了进行舞艺上的切磋以及拥有更多的机会学习不同的舞蹈课程教学，并希望以此提升和吸引发掘年轻人对于街舞的热忱，远离不良的嗜好，专注于街舞文化的发展。 国际街舞大赛评审阵容强大 国际赛评审阵容强大，邀请了3位来自不同国家的资深老师担任评分重任，第一位有来自美国的传奇元老前辈Crazy Leg老师，第二位将由马来西亚的冠军队伍Sabahmon老师担任，而最后一位也邀请了来自台湾荣获世界街舞赛第三名的Baoz老师， 参赛选手来自世界各地街舞好手 活动开放给国内外选手参与，除了有本地马来西亚各地区的选手报名，也分别有来自其他国家如韩国，台湾，新加坡，印尼等等参与其盛，双人组冠军将获得美金850(马币约3500)，单人组冠军则是美金250(约马币1000令吉令吉)。届时活动现场势必掀起一股精彩的街舞争霸热潮，比赛入场免费，欢迎各社会公众人士出席观赛。 3月11日12日13日为期三天的街舞活动 该次街舞活动为期三天，第一天3月11日将开办国际街舞教学，第一堂课程将由世界街舞赛中获得第三名的台湾街舞团－HRC的Baoz导师开班授课，第二堂课程是远道而来的美国街舞传奇元老前辈Crazy leg 亲自授课，两堂课程的上课时间从旁晚7:00pm开始至11:00pm结束，即日起接受报名，活动地点将会在Civic Center二楼大厅举办，12日为国际赛活动时间是下午12时至晚上8点结束，13日也将会在Damai Central 的 Escobar海边餐厅广场举办活动派对，活动时间则是下午6点至晚间12点结束。 连串的活动将开放于社会大众报名参与。欲咨询活动详情，欢迎致电负责人019 889 9465—王韦翰/010 982 1227—陈武祥。

巴达旺市议会主席兼砂人联党哥打圣淘沙支部主席罗克强于日前巡视甘榜新纳布迪的回教堂与道路工程。 该巡视的目的主要是确保工程顺利进行。 据当地村长哈密顿表示，由于近期经常下雨，因为当地道路经常泥泞一片。
Visit to Kampung Sinar Budi Lama
Padawan Municipal chairman Cr Lo Khere Chiang visited a mosque and roads at Kampung Sinar Budi Lama to see the repair work being done. The Ketua Kampung, Hamidon, had earlier complained on the roads in the kampung which was always muddy due to the frequent rain.

SUPP Pelawan Branch secretary Michael Tiang, together with the Branch Vice Chairman Song Ik Siu paid a visit to Hua Hin Kindergarten, Tiong Hin Kindergarten and Tadika Methodist Tien Sik this morning. 砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任兼哥打圣淘潜能沙候选人叶耀星在许多居民及商家的要求下，继续监督七哩三合兴小学前的道路提升工程，以解决交通问题。 该项提升工程范围包括250米的道路扩建，混凝土排水管，缝隙式排水沟，重新粉刷交通指示牌和安装新的交通灯。 在视察中，该承包商正加紧施工，预料会在3月底完成有关工程。交通拥堵的问题获得改善同时交通流量也获得缓和。 另外，许多哥打圣淘沙商业区业者也希望有关当局能够清理该区域的排水沟，改善水流量以应付倾盆大雨后所引发的闪电水灾。 业者们也要求重新粉刷路标，叶耀星答应会向有关当局反映，要求他们尽快采取行动。
巴都吉当与石角竞选行动室推展礼
首席部长兼砂拉越国阵主席拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿德南沙登将会选择最有胜算的候选人，在来临州选出战巴都吉当和石角选区。 砂土保党署理主席拿督阿邦佐哈里表示，尽管上述两个选区的候选人并非来自该党，但两个选区的土著选民，足以左右国阵的选情。 他强调，巴都吉当和石角的土著选民，会强力支持国阵，凡是由阿德南宣布的候选人，都会给予支持。 也是砂督区州议员的阿邦佐哈里是于昨日推展土保党巴都吉当和石角区竞选行动室时，这么表示。 较早前，砂拉越人民联合党主席拿督沈桂贤上议员也拜访在场的土保党领袖与群众。 三个月8日，人联党公布有意角逐21选区，其中包括巴都吉当和石角。 而沈桂贤也别列为这两个选区的潜能候选人，另外两个潜能候选人是石角支部主席陈如飞与巴达旺市议会主席罗克强。

砂拉越人民联合党主席拿督沈桂贤上议员强调，他全力支持砂州政府注重英语教学的政策。 他认为，若要使到本州青年达到世界级水平，那就必须学习及掌握英语。 他昨日在古晋王长水路小学主持该校礼堂动土礼时表示，首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿德南沙登具有高瞻远瞩的眼光，重视英语，其目的主要是为确保本州能与世界接轨。这在砂拉越的未来发展上极为重要。 他强调，希望未来有更多砂拉越人可以成为世界级人才。 同时，他宣布拨出5000令吉支持该校的教育计划。 出席者包括王长水路小学家教协会主席丽查吉米及人联党巴都林当支部主席薛华东。

柏拉旺支部跟进首长拨款工程
去年11月人联党柏拉旺支部获首长拨款25万的乡村转型计划发展金，其中一项计划工程今天在卫理公会天道堂开始施工。 该项计划工程主要是维修天道堂日渐下陷的围墙，以及加添雨盖棚。整个工程将耗资五万，一个月可以完成。 人联党柏拉旺区潜能候选人程明智也透露，该项计划工程主要的执行单位是诗巫市议会，不过，人联党柏拉旺支部会定期跟进工程的进展，确保人联党柏拉旺支部申请的每一项乡村转型计划工程都有完成。
