生命电源计划推展
配合2015世界心脏日，砂心脏基金会联同砂中央医院心脏中心、砂能源有限公司及Medtronic国际有限公司，于日前假砂心脏中心2楼会议室推展“生命电源”计划，以向本州各省医院推广心电图仪器用途。 同时，砂能源有限公司将于本月5日至8日连续三天提供2辆电动轿车予砂中央心脏中心的医务人员进行推广该项计划，路线包括西连、实文然、斯里阿曼、木中、沙拉督、泗里街及加拿逸等市镇医院，以提倡减少环境污染的概念。 砂中央医院心脏中心心脏病高级顾问拿督沈桂贤表示，该项计划主要目的是向州内各个省份医院推广心电图仪器，以方便医生更加正确诊断病患的心脏病起因。 他继说，心电图是被公认为检测患者心脏疾病最明确的仪器之一，通过心电图的测试，医生才能更仔细分析病患的情况。他进一步指出，此次推展也提供培训课程给医务人员，让他们更加熟悉心电图仪器的操作，从而识别早期心脏疾病，让病患提早获得更有效的治疗。
