陈开巡视南市辖区提升道路
今年(2015)年，通过古晋南市的争取，古晋市获得可覌的道路沥青铺设拨款，第一期共有四十一项总值一千一百万已经将近完成，另外，在第二期中，古晋南市市政局将再争取另外的二十三项总值五百万的拨款，以期更全面改善古晋市的道路状况。 近期，在古晋三山花园，宝明园一带的沥青铺设工程已完成，砂人联青总团长兼古晋南市工程与交通小组主席陈开市议员，与许多当地地方领袖一起实地现防堪查工程品质，并表示满意工程进度与品质。 陈开表示，在三山花园一带已完成的路巷，包括以下几项： (1) 三山花园路，第二，五，八巷 (2) 宝明园，福州路小巷如1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1G, 1H, 1K 及 1J (3) 三山花园小巷如 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 4, 6, 8A, 10, 12, 14, 14 B 当地地方领袖感谢古晋南市市长拿督曾长青及市政局职员的协助，让他们的家园更美好。

For the year 2015, MBKS continue to receive substantial government assistance for road resurfacing. There are a total of 41 areas worth 11 million under Phase 1 will be completed soon. Support for Johor Sultan call for English in schools
Sacred Heart Old Students Association fully supports the call made by the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim IbniAlmarhum Sultan Iskandar last Thursday and during the opening of the Johor State Legislative Assembly recently, for the use of English as the medium of instruction in schools.
