增加华裔加入警队
华裔加入警队的比例长期未见提高，目前，全国警察部队的华裔警员人数，在总警察人数中只占不到2%。 为了加强警队对于人民的服务，增加华裔警员人数是迫切需要的，因此，大马皇家警察部队近年来持续加强努力，积极招募更多华裔警员加入。 基于大马教育文凭（SPM）及大马高等教育文凭（STPM）成绩开始出炉，砂人联党青年团一如往常，将在全砂各地举办一系列升学辅导讲座，协助年轻人完成升学的梦想。 对于华裔警员比例不多的问题，砂人联党青年团总团长陈开表示，这问题必须获得积极关注，因为这已经带来沟通方面的问题，甚至造成一些误解。 他说，若警方能够招募更多华裔警员，不仅会加强与华社之间的联系，它也可提升警方的查案效率。 陈开今早受邀参与华裔警员的招募活动，并与砂州副警察总监拿督刘丰顺交流。在场也包括数名本地社区领袖。
More Chinese in the Police
