SUPP Public Complaints Bureau press release

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau  Chief and SUPP Candidate for DUN Kota Sentosa, Wilfred Yap was recently approached by the shop owners of Kota Sentosa Commercial Area who complained of a sink hole and the uneven road condition in the area of their business premises.

Following the complaint received, Wilfred Yap who is also Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) Councillor together with an officer from MPP immediately went to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what can be done to resolve the problem. The problem has now been solved by MPP road maintenance division who have since filled up the sink hole and resurfaced the various sections of the road affected.

Wilfred was also approached by a resident of Taman Sentosa who complained  that the recent heavy rainfall have washed away the retaining wall of a monsoon drain. The relevant authorities have been duly informed and steps are currently being taken to repair it.

Wilfred Yap also requested the officer to ensure that in future,  MPP council staff shall increase the frequency of inspection of all council roads in the MPP area and  ensure that these council roads are in good condition and maintained properly for the benefit of the public.
