Her son is already 7 years old and is unable to enroll in School as he does not have a Birth Certificate.
The single mother’s problem arose due to her misunderstanding of the procedure and requirements and her failure to furnish all the relevant documents required by National Registration Department.
After so many years facing this problem and after seeing many people seeking for assistance with no results, the anxious single mother decided to seek help and advice from SUPP Public Complaints Bureau.
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau have now successfully assisted the single mother in obtaining a Birth Certificate (late registration) for her son from the National Registration Department.
