During his walkabout, Dr Sim found out that seeing is believing as many houses in the Bukit Assek area (walking distance to Sibu City central) is collapsing and in danger to those who continue to live there. This poses serious health and security risks to the whole neighbourhood as well.
The area needs a master plan and something must be done.
