SUPP Public Complaints Bureau statement

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau was recently approached by the shop owners of MJC Batu Kawah New Township who complained of the uneven road condition in front of their business premises.

Following the complaint received, Wilfred Yap who is also Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) Councillor together with an officer from MPP immediately went to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what can be done to resolve the problem. The problem has now been solved by MPP maintenance division who have since resurfaced the various sections of the road affected.

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau also requested the officer to ensure that in future, MPP council staff shall increase the frequency of inspection of all council roads in the MPP area and ensure that these council roads are in good condition and maintained properly for the benefit of the public.
