TYT attendance at UPP function
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party President (SUPP), Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, expressed surprise to see the Head of State attending a political function.
In a brief statement issued today, Dr Sim added that the function was organised by UPP, which is also the launching of the education fund, of which SUPP have no quarrel over it, but actually applaud it.
Dr. Sim added that the function was also the launching of UPP’s 1st Anniversary.
He said the organisers should know better that the TYT’s position is non-political.
