Polyclinic shortcomings
Secretary General of SUPP Dato Sebastian Ting went on his round of duty on the ground yesterday morning.
Ting was particularly perturbed when he got word and complaints on the Polyclinic and went there as early as at 5.30 am to check out the situation for himself.
He noted that a number of patients arrived as early as 5:00 am to wait but they could only see the doctor who started work at 8 am.
Some of those waiting has to stand as there was only a row of chairs. The other few were incredibly missing, or stolen.
Ting said at 6 am the medical staff arrived and distributed the numbers and the rest were then placed at the gate for those who come in later.
He said the shortcomings he discovered at the Polyclinic would be made known to the relevant agencies.
