Calligraphy competition
Kuan Xin Yi from a Chinese medium school walked away with the first prize in the secondary calligraphy competition while in the primary school category, Lee Ming Fung got the first prize yesterday.
The competition was organised by the Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Pending, Woman section with an aim to cultivate better calligraphy writers and foster relationship between students from different schools.
The competition was held at the Kenyalang community hall.
SUPP Youth Central chief, Tan Kai gave away the prizes to the winners.
