Yap – see the falsity behind Pakatan

SUPP Youth feels it is their responsibility to warn the public that despite all of Pakatan Rakyat’s excellent propaganda through the online media and their ‘Ceramahs’, the recent events have shown that Barisan Nasional remains the best platform to serve the public towards Malaysia achieving Vision 2020 and a just and progressive society with high income status.

SUPP Youth Secretary General Wilfred Yap notes that the current debacle in the Selangor Menteri Besar crisis shows that Pakatan Rakyat is merely a coalition of convenience (loose coalition) with vested selfish interest and not a viable alternative as shown by PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang and PAS’s spiritual leader Datuk Nik Aziz Mat supporting the embattled Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.

SUPP Youth Secretary General Wilfred Yap is also disappointed to observe that instead of carrying out the pledges made in their 2013 General Election Manifesto and “Buku Jingga” and putting the country’s interest and future well-being as more important, PKR and DAP are more engrossed in fighting with PAS to remove Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim as the Chief Minister of Selangor. The current episode shows very clearly the inability of Pakatan Rakyat to govern unlike Barisan Nasional which is guided by the inspiration and direction of the people and which strives to build a fair and progressive community.

However despite the weakness, incompetence and betrayal of Sarawak DAP & PKR, the public need not despair as SUPP being part of the Barisan Nasional family shall continue to pressure Barisan Nasional by voicing out the aspirations and needs of Chinese and non-Muslim Bumiputera communities of Sarawak.

In view of the fact that Sarawak DAP & PKR have credibility issues and cannot be trusted, SUPP Youth urges the Chinese and non-Muslim Bumiputera communities of Sarawak to reject Sarawak DAP’s “Impian Sarawak” which is just empty propaganda and support Barisan Nasional’s Transformation Agenda for Sarawak to achieve a high income status and a better future for all Sarawakians, our children, grandchildren and future generations to come.

SUPP Youth hopes that Sarawak DAP can be transparent with the Sarawak public, that Sarawak DAP is merely a branch of DAP under instructions of their peninsular leaders, consequently, the party cannot be effective in voicing for the people of Sarawak.
