RTP Project for Batu Kitang: Letter of Acceptance Handed Over at Taman Indah Landeh
A meaningful milestone was achieved today for the residents of Taman Indah Landeh as the Public Works Department (JKR) Kuching officially handed over the Letter of Acceptance (LA) to the appointed contractor, marking the start of upgrading works for a building that will serve as a community kindergarten.
The project, funded under the Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) for the N.13 Batu Kitang constituency, involves an allocation of RM175,000.
Batu Kitang State Assemblyman Dato Ir Lo Khere Chiang said the upgraded facility will not only provide early childhood education for local children but also demonstrates the state government’s strong commitment to investing in the future of the younger generation.
“I would like to thank JKR Kuching, the Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK), and all parties involved. Let us work together to ensure this project runs smoothly and delivers long-term benefits to the local community,” he said.
