Kho Teck Wan urged suspended MYAirline to refund passengers ticket
SUPP Central Woman chief, Kho Teck Wan urged the management of the suspended MYAirlines to respond to customer inquiries ASAP, either by replying to the email provided or through a press statement, especially on the plan and procedure of refund on the purchased tickets.
She said a group of students from Swinburne University Sarawak who were going to KL for their internship this coming Saturday have to find alternate flight to KL after MYAirlines sudden announcement of suspension of flights.
Saying that it is irresponsible of to halt their services, Kho said MYAirlines should not leave customer unattended when an official communication channel was provided to the customers.
According to MYAirlines press statement, affected passengers are responsible to look for alternate flight on their own. However, an email address was provided for customer to reach out to their customer service for assistant.
Kho added that she had written to MYAirlines since yesterday morning to inquire about the refund for the affected passengers, however sad to report that I had yet to hear from MYAirlines.
