Kuching Food festival association clan street food and culinary
Despite the rain, the Kuching food festival was still crowded, said Deputy Premier, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian.
He said it was Kuching Hing Ann Association’s turn for the Chinese Clan street food & culinary on Thursday.
The clan association has been taking turns, each Chinese Clan association is allocated a stall space for three nights to introduce their signature dishes.
In Sarawak, Dr Sim said we are very blessed that all the different clan or ethnic groups who can come together, taking our turns to share, to contribute, to support and to celebrate Kuching Festival.
