UTC Immigration improves
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting checked at the UTC Immigration (Passport Section) this morning to look at the flow of the public as there were complaints of long queue.
He said from what he saw, there was improvement made by the authority.
He said the officers were trying their best to serve everyone and Immigration has extended their operation hour from 7am till 9pm including Saturday and Sunday. This will continue until 23rd Dec 2022.
He urged members of the public to plan ahead and according to the officer after 5pm will be less busy.
