Sarawak United Peoples’ Party leaders bid farewell to Datin Slyvia Lim Siew Lee, wife of SUPP Secretary-General, Datuk Sebastian Ting
Sarawak Peoples’ United Party President who is also Sarawak Deputy Premier, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian together with his wife, Datin Sri Enn Ong and SUPP Central Working Committee went to Miri to pay their last respect to wife of Datuk Sebastian Ting, Datin Sylvia Lim Siew Lee who passed away.
Lim passed away on August 28 after losing her battle to cancer.
The SUPP leaders present included Deputy President Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shim, Datuk Mathew Chen, Senator Robert Lau and Women Central Section Chief, Kho Teck Wan.
The wake was held at the residence of Ting at Tanjung Lobang.
The funeral was held this morning at 10 am at Fairy Park cemetery, Miri.
Ting, who is the deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industries and Performing Arts and his late wife, Lim were good exemplary of a loving couple in the political scene.
