Mayor Adam Yii tested positive for covid 19
Mayor Adam Yii has tested positive for Covid-19 and is now home quarantine.
Yii who is also State Assemblyman for Pujut said he was feeling rather unwell on Tuesday and Wednesday and his earlier RTK tests were all negative until yesterday when he went for a PCR test which confirmed he is positive.
He apologized for the inconvenience caused to all he met in close contact at numerous functions and urged them to go for their RTK tests or the RT-PCR test.
Although he felt better today, Yii said he has flu and slight cough and has to cancel all the events until he completed his quarantine.
He urged all to follow SOP as there is a surge of Covid-19 cases.
