Dr Sim checking at vaccination centre for students
Local government and Housing Minister, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian visited the Christian Ecumenical Centre to witness students getting their covid 19 vaccine on Monday.
Dr Sim said he is glad that due to the understanding of parents and students with Co operation from the teachers, the vaccine drive for the 12 to 15 years is a smooth one.
“This is the spirit of Sarawak, everyone come together in our solidarity and united war’s efforts against COVID19. The vaccines rollout for adults, for 16-17 years old has been successful too and now for 12-15 proved that our MOH decision to entrust Sarawak be the first in Malaysia is the right decision, ” he said.
He added Sarawak will be the first to give booster dose as assured by Health Minister, Khairy Jamaluddin.
