Sebastian Ting distributes funds from Unifor
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting gave away cheques for different religious body this morning.
For Persatuan Gurdwara Sahib Miri, he gave RM150,000, Persatuan Penganut Dewa Some Shao Lung Kung Miri RM 500,000 and Persatuan Taoism Lian Hua San San Ching Miri, RM 100,000
Ting said besides that he has also given them funds from his Rural Transformation program to help out in their religious building maintenance and activities.
Saying that Sarawak is unique compared to other states, he said the state government never failed to help all religions as all are treated as one big family.
