Cooling system to be fixed in Dato Lee Teck Fook stadium, Riam
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting with Kita Jaga Miri team, RRSS school board, Miri Lions Clubs and contractors witness the launching of Cooling Spingklering system at Dato Lee Teck Fook Stadium, Riam recently.
Ting said when Riam School was set up as a Vaccination Centre, there has been an increase in the numbers of vaccination.
However, he said due to hot days, the temperature in the stadium will increase and is humid. The medical officers and people who came for their vaccine have to put up with the stuffy situation.
Ting said Kita Jaga Miri team came in and discuss on fixing cooling spingklering system project on 6th July 2021 which will take them 5 days to complete.
With this project, he hoped that it will improve the conditions in the hall.
Ting thanked the school board for allowing Government to use the hall as a Vaccination centre.
