Register for Covid-19 vaccine, urges Dr Sim Kui Hian
As at May 22, a total of 1,156,867 of Sarawakians had registered for COVID-vaccination and a total of 147,111 individual had been administered with vaccine doses, said Minister of Local government and Housing, Dato’ Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian.
Asking those who have yet to register, Dr. Sim said it is important to do so as covid cases has spike in recent weeks. “Even though after vaccinated, everyone must continue to follow SOP by wearing mask and keeping a safe distance,” he said.
He urged children of elderly parents to help their parents register and check out the time and date of their vaccination as he was told many were not IT savvy and missed their appointments.
