SUPP Youth passes 6 resolution
SUPP Youth Central Executive Committee (CEC) has held the meeting on 7 March 2020 at SUPP HQ, Kuching.
Six (6) resolutions are passed were:
Urge new federal government to pay Sarawak the sales tax on petroleum product amounting to RM1.8 billion for 2019
Urge federal government to release RM1 billion for repairing dilapidated schools in Sarawak
To amend the Federal Constitution:
(i) Article 1(2) with insertion of “in pursuant with the Malaysia Agreement 1963”
(ii) Article 160 (2) the definition of ‘the Federation’ to be based on the Malaysia Agreement 1963
To demand for over 1/3 parliamentary seats for Sabah and Sarawak so that Malaya cannot change/remove our rights in the Federal Constitution at the will by Malaya
To return the administrative autonomy of both education & medical to Sarawak as well as to restore all our rights under MA 63
To amend the Federal Constitution, Ninth Schedule, to put tourism from Federal List to State List.
