East Malaysia CMs meeting PM
Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg flew in to the federal capital yesterday to attend a tripartite discussion with the Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad and the Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Mohd Shafie bin Haji Apdal on issues relating to Sarawak and Sabah’s rights on oil and gas resources at the Prime Minister’s Office in Putrajaya this afternoon.
The meeting was a separate forum from the MA63 Steering Committee to discuss and address issues relating to Sarawak/Sabah’s on oil and gas rights vis-a-vis the Federal Constitution and MA63.
No immediate details are available on the one-and-half hour discussion.
