CM gives cheque to SM Pei Min Miri
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg yesterday handed a cheque of RM1 million to SM Pei Min Miri
The cheque was received by fundraising organising chairman Datuk Hii King Chong on behalf of the school who thanked the State government for their assistance.
He said Chinese schools has played a big role in educating professionals and businessmen who contribute vastly to the nation.
Present to witness the presentation were Minister of Transport Datuk Lee Kim Shin, Assistant Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Datuk Sebastian Ting, SM Pei Min board of directors Chairman Khor Ooi Long and members of SM Pei Min board of directors.
