Different time calls for different tactics, said SUPP President
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) president Datuk Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian urged party members to change their mindset in the coming state election as modern technology has changed the concept of campaigning.
Speaking at the party’s Annual Delegates conference 2019, Dr. Sim who is also the Minister for Local Government said that all members should make use of modern technology such as mobile phones for publicity.
He said Pakatan Harapan are very IT savvy thus, SUPP should not lose out there. He urged them all to work together to win the battle against PH.
Dr. Sim pointed out that to build a stronger SUPP, they must put the party forward and with that they can build a stronger Sarawak with other GPS coalitions.
Things have changed, he said, so the party must change too to suit the modern era. He called to them to discard the old ways of doing things.
