Installation of Telco tower stopped, a request by Sebastian Ting
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting halted a telecommunication tower at Taman Delight, Lorong 8 near Miri Airport yesterday.
Ting said the residents there were worried over the negative effect emitted from the tower. They feared for their health issues and asked that the tower be placed further away.
Ting spoke to the contractor and urged them to stop work temporary before looking for a more suitable location for the construction of the tower.
