Minister for Local Government and Housing, Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian and his wife gave away goodies to 50 families In conjunction with Hari Raya and Gawai this year.
The goodies were contributions from the Association of Sarawak Ministers and Assistant Ministers wives (SABATI)
The recipients of the Dayaks and Malays from Kampung Desa Wira Sinar Budi Lama, Sinar Budi Baru and Rantau Panjang.
Dr. Sim and his wife, Datin Enn Ong gave away the goodies at Batu Kawa Service centre yesterday. Dr. Sim said it was to assist the less fortunate and to ease their burden.
