Piasau Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting urged the people not to destroy public facilities including the second public toilet at Tamu Muhibbah which will be completed on December 26.
Ting who went to inspect the facility said the contractor assured the project will be ready before next year.
He said a total of RM24,830 of the taxpayers money was used to construct the second toilet as the present one was too congested due to the large number of people going there.
Urging the people to maintain the facility in order, he said, we all should use the public facilities like it is ours as money comes from the people’s taxes.
