Datuk Sebastain Ting joins in the volunteer work at POKUFM
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting said he will help to apply government grant for Persaturan Orang Kurang Upaya Fiziklal (POKUFM) Miri after viewing their building today.
Ting who was with Petronas volunteer and the inmates helped out in the gotong royong at the centre today and said it needs a lot of maintenance work for it to allow the inmates to enjoy their weekend activities there.
The Secretary of POKUFM, Abdul Aziz said they want to do up the centre so that there can have a homestay for independent inmates. He said they will also try to set up a gym for the inmates to work out.
